Auto or Review: choosing how much control to keep

Automation doesn't have to be all or nothing. A simple way to decide how much of your publishing to hand over, and when to change your mind.

Published

When people hear “automated marketing”, many picture content going out without anyone looking at it. That is one option, but it is not the only one, and for many businesses it is not the right starting point.

Two ways to run publishing

  • Auto. AI runs it for you: content is prepared and published according to the rules you set.
  • Review. AI prepares it. You decide: view it, edit it, approve it, and choose when or whether it goes out.

How to choose

Ask two questions. First, how much does wording matter for your business? If it matters a lot, you may want to see everything before it goes live. Second, how much time do you have? If reviewing takes more time than you can spare, hand your everyday content to Auto.

Start careful, then adjust

A common approach is to begin with Review, watch what gets prepared for a few weeks, and only then move routine content to Auto. You can always tighten controls again for sensitive topics.

The point is that control is a setting you choose, not something you give up when you automate.

Your marketing shouldn't stop when you get busy.

Set it up once. Let AI keep it moving.
