1. About these terms

These terms govern your business's use of the services provided by 10focus ("we", "us", the "Services"). By signing up or using the Services, the business you represent ("you") agrees to these terms, and you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

2. The Services

The Services use AI to help run your marketing on the social media channels you connect, as described on our Website. Available features depend on your channels and each platform, and may change over time. We will give you reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Services you have paid for.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your business and keep it up to date.
  • Only connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to use, and comply with each platform's rules.
  • Keep sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

4. Publishing and your content

You choose Review mode (you approve content before it is published) or Auto mode (content is published according to your settings).

Content is general in nature and is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.

5. Fees

Fees, billing and payment are as set out in your quote or agreement with us. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your business materials and the content created for you, and you grant us a licence to use them only to provide the Services. We own the Services and everything behind them; you must not copy, reverse engineer or resell them.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services for anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing, or to send spam. We may suspend content or access where reasonably necessary to address a breach.

8. Ending the Services

Either party may end the Services with written notice as agreed, or immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms. When the Services end we stop publishing for you, and you may request your content within a reasonable time.

9. General

We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy. We will give you reasonable notice of any material change to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
